My family and I moved in several weeks ago in the Gainsborough court complex. Its a bit pricier than what I’m used to paying but you get what you pay for. It’s located in the heart of fairfax and is pretty much walking distance to a few shopping centers. Both the elementary and the middle school are also right down the street. The neighborhood itself is well kept and is very clean. No roaches or rodents.Unfortunately we were not able to take a tour of an apartment since they were all occupied but we were definitely pleased with how modern the apartments were. The virtual tours online do not do it justice . Very nice Granite countertops in the kitchen and bathroom. The flooring in the kitchen and the tiles in the bathroom are all updated. The washer and dryer set look pretty new as well. I have yet to have any issues with my neighbors considering how loud the children can be when running around the house. Everyone here usually just minds their business and is friendly. Parking is great. I never had to struggle to find a spot in the evening. Everyone I have dealt with from the leasing office were awesome! Both Jorge and Chris took care of any maintenance request I made and were very responsive to me when I needed help once we moved in.I probably called Jorge 20 times with many questions and he was able to guide me every step of the way with the application process. I’ve had a few bad experiences with staff at the leasing office from the previous complex so it was good to know we are now in good hands. Even the gentleman who handles all the in home repairs,Fabio, was wonderful. He had to repair the sliding screen door netting twice within the first few weeks of us moving in and has a such great attitude and vibe as well as the the person who’s cleans the buildings everyday! As someone who never takes the time to write any kind of a review for anything, that should tell you everything you need to know about how great this place is!??

We have been living here since Dec, 2019. The location is super convenient, close to many grocery stores and nice restaurants. The place is clean and they maintain the area properly. We don't really have any bad experience with our apartment. Also, there is a lady whose name is Zana and she is super nice and a person who knows what she is doing. She explained us everything clearly and it was nice to communicate with her. The maintenance team is fast and does great job. Lastly, we have never seen any roaches here and we are so happy with that.

It's a really nice place to live, you can't hear the neighbors next to you which is a plus. Nice and quite and plenty of walk ways to walk around and activities to do.

This community was an extremely beautiful, well kept and peaceful community. Everything was so beautiful that I felt like I was at a resort. The office staff was extremely accommodating and friendly also. It could not be better located and was amidst a lot of shopping, restaurants, transportation and schools. It offered amenities that most communities did not
