It's a nice neighborhood will little to no issues and is safe. Problems are the Air conditioning is sub par, with out extra out of pocket ac units the apartment it get way too hot. Also alot of history of losing AC and Heat. Also a history of issue with the hot water but lately it has greatly improved.

Too many people that don't live in the apartments are parking overnight without temp passes or residential parking and no one is doing anything about it.
