It’s nice but expensive

The area is quiet for the most part the maintence staff is responsive. For the price of rent we should have more amentities or social activities in the building. Limit parking for guest is disappointing.

It’s been amazing

So far everything is been good. Staffs are bery nice and welcoming. Community is clean and maintenance requets are taken care of within 24 hrs.

Why is it so expensive

There was a smoking problem and none of the windows have screens. Why is the rent so high? It's on a very noisy road, too. Absolutely not worth it.
