Property reviewsAnonymous on Apr 26, 2023I have lived Ashby for two years. It is so quiet and confortable. Staffs are so kind and deligent. When you find some troubles in your room, you can call them to repair it soon. It is not so new apartment, but it have kept its quality.

My upstairs neighbor has a kid who stomps on my ceiling every evening between 4 and 11pm, but that's part of the gamble with apartment living. My lease renewal last year was an egregious 20% increase, but this year's was only 3%, so I am hopeful things will be better under Elme than Bozzuto.

First, thing that I like to highlight is the how prompt maintenance staff responds to any request. They have online portal for any maintenance request and most of the turn around time is less than a day. Second, the play ground for kids. There are 4+ playground in the communty, if you have young kids like I do - they will have fun here.

The community is also very diverse, with residents from all walks of life. Overall, Merrifield at Dunn Loring Station is a great place to live. It is located in a convenient location, has a variety of amenities, and is home to a friendly and diverse community.
