Staff is non responsive, regular maintenance is left undone.

So many issues, where to start. When you email the property manager, you don't get a response. Even after a week, still no email reply to questions about issues, signing a new lease, etc. I'm resorting to emailing executives of the company on LinkedIn. Their property accounting is poor - amounts on your monthly statement (as a resident) are incorrect. The only person who might have answers is the property manager - but she does not reply to email. Vendors are unpaid. Security doors, which should be electronically locked, don't lock. Anyone can walk the building. Parking garage - filthy. They need to repaint the parking stripes, they haven't. They could at least power wash the garage - they don't. Why? It should be easy. The office staff rolls in around 8:45 am, which, given everything that is not being done, is shocking. If you have work to get done - get in the office early! This includes replying to emails. I don't know why the regional level is so disconnected from the property level. The individual properties seem to be in dire need of more staff, more maintenance and more resources - yet nothing is done. It should not be this hard to get their attention and commitment to improve this property - or even get their return phone call/email. The frustration is so high, you just want to cry......
