Could be really great
The pool area rules are not properly enforced. Many evenings in the summer months we have had to call police to address the loud partying. All if the equipment in the gym is broken. All the treadmills, rowing machine etc. we pay an amenity fee to use these facilities. Thank you.

Mediocre
Management is mediocre.. maintenance is mediocre. It takes like 3 maintenance requestst to get someone to come out. God forbid you have upstairs neighbors because you can hear EVERYTHING. Awesome pool though :)
