I have not officially moved in yet, but the process of getting the apartment was very easy. The communication was top-tier. Customer service was top-tier as well. I definitely recommend talking with Ally. She is a very good leasing agent and very transparent.

I've lived here for two years and its been a mostly pleasant experience. It tends to be a very quiet place to live and I feel the rent is reasonable. There have been some maintenance issues but that's to be expected over two years. Overall, I'm really happy living here.

Heights of Cityview is one of the safest places I've had the pleasure of calling home. The apartments are spacious, comfortable, affordable, and unique. Neighbors are good, kind, and helpful. Onsite Management has stepped up their game by offering Food Trucks, Holiday Get Togethers, and Office parties - previous managers did not go to this extent to have this community feel like a community. Very helpful and kind. One area of critique that remains an eyesore is the the Trash issue: one compactor and one recycle bin allows for overuse and overflow especially on weekends and holidays I wish RPM Corporate would take this seriously, move the bins from the front to the back and obtain two additional compactors. Other than this, I would recommend this place 4/5 stars
