Love the location of these apartments and the large patio with privacy fence! However you're paying to have a washer and dryer in unit but they're tiny and would be impossible to get all your laundry done. I've already called a tech to come look at it and they said its operating properly but just cant handle more than 6lbs. I don't believe it can even handle that and it takes FOREVER to complete one tiny load. They do have a shared regular sized washer and dryer but still you are paying for an amenity that you just don't have. An upgrade to the small double stack washer and dryers that nearly every apartment in the area offers would be AMAZING. Aside from that one negative I do love living here and you're basically paying for the location.

This apartment is in a great location. The staff is helpful, and the parking is easy. The AC does struggle to keep up though and it has some other quirks do to being an older building.
