The complex has recently been purchased by a new company and improvements are being made however disruptions with water are still an issue but maintenance requests are being completed much faster.

I’ve lived here for a few years and this is by far the worst complex I have ever lived at. Pests rampant. It took MONTHS to have real pest control sent. Safety devices malfunctioned constantly, maintenance orders ignored for months on end. And don’t bother calling the office. The AI call screening will “pass along” your message … to no one? Communication from property staff is next to nothing and when you call it out they’ll gaslight you. And that’s not even a third of the issues here. But because they’re VAGUELY affordable for the area, they can treat there tenants like mild inconveniences and not people who want clean, safe homes that don’t add to mountains of stress we are already facing day to day.
