I love this property!

Staff is very helpful, the three bedroom townhouse that we live in is very spacious with plenty of storage, we love having a two car garage as well. The location is super convienant and everyone who lives here has been very friendly and considerate.

Pros outweigh cons

I have lived at The Dylan for a year now, and we're renewing our lease. Hopefully renewing for a townhome since there are some factors that contribute to having an unfortunate bad stay. My biggest concern is the residents that live above me. I have, like a courteous neighbor, asked them several times to please stomping, dropping and drilling things. For one, this didn't help as the more I "complain", the louder they stomp. It was actually so bad (on a weeknight! past quiet hours) that I contacted our courteous police officer. To where he kicked out about 3 families for a gathering they hosted late night. This family stomps loudly until 2-3 AM, for me it is a huge problem since I report for a professional job and upkeeping sleep is my priority as I am a full-time college student as well. Secondly is the parking but I do give props to our management staff for handling this in a more convenient matter for it's residence that share the building with "Joe's Pizza". We truly value the efforts done to let Joe's know that residents should be able to park in the empty retail lots as there are no retails currently there. Overall we are happy to call The Dylan our home, since move in staff has been welcoming and helpful. We thank you all for our accommodations and our lovely place we call home.
