Pretty decent all around. Can’t really complain about much just some other residents, but that’s not the rental property fault all they can do is that they don’t know how they’re gonna act.

Everything is good so far except visitor parking. We would love to keep few visitor parking inside the resident parking like before. We have some elder visitors visit us sometimes and it is too much for them to walk that far under the TX heat or cold winter,
