Best storage ever. The nicest people in the office. I cannot say enough good things about this business. Even when I moved all my stuff out of storage I chose to keep my unit, just because of how unique my experience has been for years here. They really care about customers. ... Read more

We have used two different size climate controlled units for 3 1/5 years and have absolutely no complaints. We are now taking things out of storage and everything is Literally bug free. Customer service is timely and knowledgeable. The cost is the best around. All units are on ground. Entry gate always works. They email invoices and receipts. Love it. ... Read more

Very friendly and good prices compared to other places. We have a temperature controlled unit and the rates they have are much better than others. Were happy with our decision of using this place to store our stuff for the next year. ... Read more

Do NOT go to this place! These people are crooks! I have a small unit and had the monthly payment set up as an automatic payment from my bank account. Just a few months after I moved in they raised the rent. I probably would have been okay with that except they didn't tell me. So for more than a year my payment went in month after month on time and all the while they were assessing a $15 per month late fee because they'd raised the rent without telling me. They just kept silent and by the time I stopped by to look into the unit (thinking I was paid up) they said I owed them nearly $250!! Their actions were dishonest and tantamount to thievery. They knew exactly what they'd done but telling me would have kept them from collecting all those late fees. There was no remorse on their part. No apology, no offer of compromise, nothing! I just wrote the check for $250 but I guarantee I'll be moving my stuff as soon as possible! ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Arrow Self Storage - 201 West Hurst Blvd include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
