I've been living here for a year and I don't have many complaints at all. It isn't loud or obnoxious. There's lots of landscape work so you'll hear the mowers but they keep it looking nice. There's always a lot of parking. I haven't had any encounters with unsavory people. It's just an overall great place to live!
