Horrible place to live in

My friend use to live here, and recently moved out. He said this place has been going on a fast decline in the last couple of months. Dog poop ?? everywhere. Rude office staffs. Outrageous rent increase. Some residents refusing to put their pets or leash. Increase in pests incidences. Run away. Do not lease here. Avoid Westdale assets management - owned apartments all together. They are absolute ridiculous. Go check their (Westdale's) Google review. It is barely 1 star overall (1.2/5). That tells a lot of story. RUN!!!!!!!!!!

fine apt

It's fine, a bit pricy though. maintenance is good. My water goes out every few weeks though, I think it's just an issue with my building, but they usually get it resolved pretty quickly.
