Love the staff and their concern that all things are working well. I appreciate that they staff do things to involve the residents. The location is good: a park, YMCA, and Post Office behind the complex, gas, food and shopping within a couple miles, and a library within walking distance. Maintenace is quick to respond to work orders. There have been no issues with noise. They take good care of the property; I am proud to have visitors come to the property.

We've been here a few years and I'll say the overall experience has been positive. We're somewhat of a problem unit (Flooding from rain over the years, issues with loud AC outside our window) and even if we had to call it in a few times they've fixed most of our issues within a timely manner. There was once a time they towed my car and they were willing to admit fault and have it released. Not a perfect place by any means but we're willing to stay here for now. Our main gripes are that the pool can't seem to open/stay open (early summer) and that the rent keeps going up somewhat significantly every year but I'm sure that's everywhere. 5/5 for handling in unit issues and nice staff.

I have enjoyed living here and enjoy the closeness to the Bedford Boys ranch park. As well as the maintenance team and front office has been amazing.
