Not bad. The apartments are definitely outdated and falling apart, but the staff and location are great

Quiet, except for the highway noise. A shame there still no amenities offered. Conveinient for my Airport Transportation service. Resonably priced. Maintenance keeps up with work orders.

I've lived here for almost a year now and it's been great with some hiccups that are hard to ignore. First of all, the apartment I moved into was renovated which was a massive selling point, however there was significant roach activity from day 1 that has yet to be resolved even with weekly pest control visits. The base boards in my unit don't even touch the floor so it's difficult to keep any type of bug out. The leasing agent I worked with when I moved in was excellent, the 1 agent still there seems like she's inconvenienced by having to talk on the phone or in person, not to mention the office staff NEVER answers the phone. The residents have been allowed to pile their trash around the dumpster, and there's dog excrement everywhere as there is no enforcement of cleaning up after animals. That being said, the value of the apartment I live in is excellent, and the maintenance team is super helpful and friendly any time they have to come into my unit. Honestly, location, value, and the maintenance crew is what is keeping me on the property. Here's to the hope that 2026 and new management will improve the upkeep of the property and hiring leasing agents that actually care about the residents.
