Chill set of apartments

Nice and quiet community. Clean and well-maintained. The key fob access to the buildings makes deliveries a little tough, you’re always having to hunt down your delivery person. Staff is great and maintenance requests are handling super quick. Happy they fixed the front gate it was giving all of us a ton of grief for a while. All in all a solid place to live. No drama, up forward charges, great amenities

Good place to stay

Overall I have enjoyed it. I was one of the first residents to move in. The parking has been a big issue since the apartment complex is fully opened but overall I would recommend .

pretty good

I've lived here for 1.5 years and besides the one rent increase all has been pretty nice living here. The ease of access to the freeways and downtown is a plus. My neighbors are quiet, however, I live along the main access road for the complex and cars love revving their engines driving up the road. I sleep fine still. The units are upgraded and I have no complaints.

Nice

I've lived here a year now and I'd recommend living here to others. Nice staff and amenities! The main street units may deal with loud vehicles driving by, but the street is safe and I haven't seen any issues.

Pet Policy

Max 2 Allowed | One Time Fee: $350 per pet Monthly Pet Rent: $20 per pet | Screening Fee: $20 per pet Comments: No more than two animals are allowed per apartment. Animals must be no less than six (6) months of age. Aggressive breeds will not be allowed. See list below for animals not allowed. Animals not listed below, but which display substantially similar physical characteristics or traits to those animals listed below, shall be treated as though they had been listed below. A $350.00 non-refundable animal fee and prior approval from management will be required. Aquariums will be allowed with a 5-gallon maximum on the first floor only with proof of insurance for the entire term of the lease. Restricted Breeds: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Presa Canario, German Shepherd, Husky, Malamute, Doberman, Chow Chow, St. Bernard, Great Dane, Akita, Staffordshire Terriers, American Bull Dog, Karelian Bear Dog, Any hybrid or mixed breed of one of the aforementioned breeds. No Reptiles, Ferrets, Skunks, Raccoons, Squirrels, Rabbits, Birds, Pigs, Arachnids, Piranhas, Other farm or poisonous animals.
