I am signing my second renewal for this unit and this is my third apartment here at Parker House. I genuinely love it here, the relationship I have with office staff and the love South Oxford has for their residents truly shows. Brittany and Manuel are a power house of a team, always caring and ensuring we feel seen and heard as residents. I recommend PH and always will, this is home

When I first gave my notice back in January, it wasn’t because I wanted to leave—I was going through a difficult time and didn’t fully share what was happening. Honestly, I loved living here and had always felt supported, especially by the management team. What truly stood out to me was what happened today. Brittany took the time to personally call and ask why I was leaving. That simple act of care meant everything. It gave me the opportunity to open up about my situation, and because of her compassion and willingness to listen, I was able to stay in my home during a really uncertain time in my life. It’s rare to find a property where management genuinely cares about residents as people, not just leases—and that’s exactly what I experienced here. I’m incredibly grateful for the kindness, understanding, and support I was shown. It made all the difference. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be treated with empathy and respect, this is it.

I have loved my time at Parker House. The staff are amazing and extremely friendly. The maintenance person is extremely responsive and deals with issues within 24 hours. The location is awesome: 6 minutes from the law school, 6 minutes from the train station to the airport or to Dallas, 12 minutes from the YMCA, 15 minutes from Sundance Square, a safe place. I love it here. Totally recommend for law students or anyone working downtown.

We adore living at Parker House, we have been here almost 5 years and frequently speak about how nice it is. Wonderfully helpful staff, donut days, it's very quiet, clean, love having a trash chute on every floor, the higher ceilings, the amazing window views. Thank you Parker House!
