Review: A Fantastic Place to Call Home! I’ve been living here for a while, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. I have lived at several apartments and high rises in downtown FTW and Parker House takes the cake. The complex is close enough to everything without being in it, the apartments are very classy and well- kept, and the staff care about you and will call you by name. Doesn't get better than that, especially in this economy.

I love: - the location and the convenience that comes from being so close to downtown. - the staff have always been very personable and accommodating ALWAYS (absolutely first class!!!) I dislike: - minimal amenities (I understand the building wasn't quite set up this way, but this is probably the least competitive area to other apartment complexes in/around downtown) - little to no return from the Community Fees (where does our monthly contributions go?) - the security in the garage has been a concern (a number of us had our vehicles broken into and bicycles stolen) - the emergency vehicles that scream right outside the building multiple times a day (could we ask the Fire Dept to use the lights only until they past the apartment building?)

Staff of this building are the best. Any issue brought to them is quickly resolved, I don't think I have ever waiting longer than 24 hours on a maintenance request.
