Hidden Gem

Parking is plentiful with cover and parking options available and enough open spots for guests to find a place to park. Grass is well maintained and always green, complex offers doggy bags for pets to keep lawn clean. The pool area is very well kept with gas grills, gas fire places, cushioned seating and a shady patio to overlook the clear blue glistening swimming pool making it more than inviting. Recently upgraded/ remodeled workout room is really nice with all the latest equipment. The apartments have been upgraded with smart features. Staff is very professional and the maintenance crew is always doing an amazing job. I don't have many complaints about the noise except the occasional nights where most people are off work and noise never really extends past a reasonable hour. I myself haven't had a bad experience with any other tenants, everyone here seems to be very kind and respectful of others. The price is a little high, more than I think i myself or anyone should be paying. I was locked into a year lease and was sent a notification to renew for a lease term that would increase my rent by $100 minimum so keep that in mind but also, the location is perfect grocery/ convenient stores are in walking distance. You're never too far from downtown Fort Worth or the surrounding cities. Overall I've had a great experience living at this apartment complex, to anyone reading this I do recommend looking further into being a resident here, you will have access to AT&T fiber internet services,( which is awesome and super fast) and you live in an area where in Fort Worth is considered a Hidden Gem. I highly recommend this apartment complex. Whether it's your first one or your moving out of the house you were renting or Leasing or selling a home. You should consider Parkcreek Apartments for your next home.

The perfect pocket of Fort Worth

Since day one walking into the office, staff has made me feel welcome and important. They're honest, professional and courteous. The property itself is beautiful, well maintained, super dog friendly and has been updated not just on the outside or at the office but on the insides of the units as well. Community is friendly, stores, dining and recreation in the area is without limit and so close by so your never further than an arms length away from anything you need and leaving nothing to be desired because you'll have it all, right here!! I really do reccomend this property to anyone looking in this area!

Love it Here!

Let me start off by giving the managers and staff their flowers for being patient and professional during the move in process. They never changed up. The amenties will def save you money bc you won’t have to leave the complex. The pool water is smooth and clean. The gym has everything you need plus the equipment is up to date. I thoroughly enjoy family time at the outdoor living area.. They have sinks & outlets at the grilling station. The residents are also pleasant neighbors. Our happy place.
