Staff are quite pleasant. Maintenance very responsive. Lawn sprinklers often water sidewalks and pavement , wasting water. Exterior door locks mechanism continue to not function. This has occurred for more than 6 months Parking garage has pidgeon poop that needs to be cleaned up every month
