It's fine

Unless you're on the 5th floor, expect to hear every.single.footstep your upstairs neighbor makes. Amenities are fine, would be better if there was a bike room. No one follows the valet trash rules, and staff always threatens to fine the offenders, but there's no way that's happening (same people 'offending' over and over). The one plus is proximity to the restaurants/bars on magnolia and south main, and easy access to the freeway.
