Responsive Maintenance

In the last month I have submitted two maintenance requests. Both times Estaban showed up quickly and resolved the problems in short order. He immediately noted the crack in my garbage disposal that was causing it to leak and replaced the disposal. Just before Christmas when I was planning to do a lot of baking and entertain dinner guests, Estaban quickly identified the electrical problem that had caused my dishwasher to stop working. He immediately repaired it, and the dishwasher works perfectly. I am pleased that Estaban has joined the staff here. He is responsive, capable, and pleasant. A great addition to the staff.
