In the last month I have submitted two maintenance requests. Both times Estaban showed up quickly and resolved the problems in short order. He immediately noted the crack in my garbage disposal that was causing it to leak and replaced the disposal. Just before Christmas when I was planning to do a lot of baking and entertain dinner guests, Estaban quickly identified the electrical problem that had caused my dishwasher to stop working. He immediately repaired it, and the dishwasher works perfectly. I am pleased that Estaban has joined the staff here. He is responsive, capable, and pleasant. A great addition to the staff.

When Fed-Ex notified me that they had delivered the package I was expecting, I was concerned that it was not at my door. I checked with Maurice in the office to see if it might be there instead. He checked both the office and the log for the locker system, but it had not arrived there. A couple of days later I was surprised and delighted when Maurice called to give me good news. He had gone above and beyond to locate my package, It was sitting at the front door of another unit in our complex. That unit was vacant and is on a different street from mine. When Maurice spotted the package, he checked and confirmed that it was my missing package and got it for me. Outstanding work. Thank you, Maurice.
