This is a great place to live, just minutes away from most of Fort Worth and close to TCU. Great schools. There is a bit of traffic and trainyard noise. The pool is beautiful if a bit small. Maintenance team is very good and super responsive.

One of the best perks of living here for 4-5 years has been the responsiveness of the maintenance team. The Trinity Trail being right behind the apartment has also been a very nice perk as a dog owner. Staff is all very friendly and they do a great job of maintaining the property as a whole.
