FIX THE GATES!!!!!!! Both gates are broken. Front amd back. Both call boxes are broken!!! Front & Back!! It’s 1:30AM AND I CANT GET INSIDE. THIS IS EXHAUSTING!! The gates have been broken for MONTHS!!!! Take them down. Or FIX THEM!!! I had to park outside the gates at 1:20AM and walk to my apartment. FIX THE GATES!!!!!!! Or just take them off. It seriously cant take YEARS to fix this. It’s technology!! Rip them out & teplace them. Im so tired of being patient with this.

We like the property. We thought it was a dog friendly property since there is a fog park and yards. After getting a veryanti dog email, its unfortinate to find out they are not dog friendly. We would have chosen to live somewhere that was. I always have dogs on a leash and always clean up after them. Where i live in the complex it is simply not possible for my dogs to make it to an “off-property location to urinate and deficate.” If those are the rules, they should be stayed in the information and tour.

I've been living here a few months now and I love this place. Very clean and safe feeling. The staff is excellent and always stays on top of any maintenance request. I highly recommend it.

Living here for a senior citizen is extremely friendly, and safe. The staff not only in the office, but maintenance go out of their way to be helpful and kind. I lived here for 2 years and then after my husband died went to NJ for a while but returned in 2020. I was so happy to come home to Texas and the Bellaire Ranch Apts.

I have really enjoyed living at Marquis at Bellaire Ranch. The staff are so helpful, especially with details on move-in. The grounds are kept up and flowers are always blooming. Maintenance requests are taken care of within a day. The location is really great, everything is so close - grocery stores, salons, retail shops, library, home improvement, restaurants and bars. You can walk to everything and across the river is Press Cafe and the farmer's market on Saturday mornings. Really a great place overall.
