Everything is good, can't complain. Nothing bad

We moved in 6/25/25 and the dishwasher was nasty and leaking, 2nd bedroom window is broken, stove did not work, also they were barely cleaning the carpets the day we moved in when I was told it was supposed to be done 6/24. The on call maintenence did come to the apt at 1030 in the night so I am grateful he came.
