Restful and calm place most of the time
Its been a blessing staying at the cottages ay summer creek, everything is great. The biggest need is more parking spaces.

My thoughts
I enjoy the location and how things are being built over here . But they could use better appliances, shouldnt take 3 hrs to dry clothes ! My clothes stay getting mildrew because takes forever to dry ! We dont have any other amenities except the pool and tennis court ! Would love a gym instead of the tennis court

Beautiful Duplex Community
This was the best place I have ever leased at, wow! Gosh I am speechless because I have never seen such an amazing community and magnificently-built duplexes! Would have my whole family come here and lease if I could!!

No Parking
The only downside to this area is that there is not enough parking spaces to even have one per household. This makes it harder to unload/load things into a vehicle and makes for an unnecessary waste of time by walking around the block to return home.
