Pets allowed. We recognize that pets are an integral part of your family and we welcome them. We welcome 2 pets per apartment home. There is a $400 non-refundable pet fee (per pet) and $30 rent per month (per pet). No more than 2 pets will be permitted per apartment & weight restrictions may apply. There are, however, specific breeds that may not be acceptable- see the list below. This includes mixed breeds and/or similar bloodlines of a restricted breed. Additional breeds may be added if deemed necessary or if required by local legislation. Pet photo, office interview, and/or current pet vaccination records and additional insurance coverage that specifically covers pet owner liability may be required. If we find that your pet displays aggression and is not on the aggressive breed list, we reserve the right to deny your application for housing. No exotic pets or reptiles are allowed at any time. Restricted Breeds of Dogs (including, but not limited to): Pit Bulls, American Pit Bull/Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Doberman, Rottweiler, Akita, Wolf Hybrid, Chow, Presa Canario, Ect.
