I have only lived here a short time - love the location, the parking, and my space. There always seems to be so much trash piled up at the chute spots and the dumpsters - not very impressive when you first pull in. It seems an added trash pick up would be helpful.

I had issues with the online portal. It took 6 months and cost me $200 until the office was able to resolve the problem. I was told multiple times they would call me during this time. I never received a call or email. I had to go into the office every time I needed to speak with someone.
