Lots of hidden expenses i dont use. Staff is great. Walls are waves. Location is great. But apparently walls are thin dont have much sound deadening. Cant watch a movie at moderate volumes without neighbors banging on walls. Great location and staff. Fit and finish could use work

Good place to live. We had some substantial maintenance challenges but were able to get them resolved. Mostly it was due to cracked pipes in the walls.

I have lived here for almost a year. I like it so far. Great location and amenities. I am pleased that the flooring in the hallways will be replaced with vinyl. The con is that it is a bit on the pricy side since my lease started in the summer, compared to the winter rates.
