No laundry
Hi, I wanted to see why there is no laundry in the building. the one in the building a block away is usually busy. a laundry room would be great

Terrible service
it took almost a month to fix my unit that I was not able to live because of how freezing it was in there that is ridiculous

No hot water in shower
Everything was good, i need some hot water in my shower. My first night here i gotta take a cold shower :/
