I’ve been living here for a year, and my experience has been amazing. Hardly any issues—rarely see police activity, and occasional ambulance noise from the freeway isn’t a problem. Everyone keeps to themselves. Maintenance is responsive, usually resolving issues within a day. The location is perfect, and the community is calm and peaceful.
