Figure out what type of renters you want living here

Been here less than 4 months. Not a great experience. See, it turns out you rented a townhouse to 3 young men next door to me. I asked if this place was quiet when I originally looked at the unit. No mention of the 3 young men I would share a wall with. If I had known I wouldn't have moved in. No way. These 3 guys next door throw parties, loud music, girls screaming.. these gatherings include very young kids too, high school I'm sure. One party started well past 8pm and went well into the night for hours. And these guys have cars everywhere. They park their cars out past the air conditioning units eating up more than half the drive way for other tenants coming and going. I imagine this could be a fire hazard, I don't know. Once when I was returning home, their friends had all their cars jammed in the back blocking me from getting into my garage. That was a 10 minute affair to resolve cause they were all inside. Complete waist of my time and something I should never have to deal with. And then a couple weeks later I go to leave my unit and one of the cars is parked in front of my garage. They literally just parked their car in front of my garage. You can't have it both ways, you either will encourage renters like me to live here, or ya gonna open the place up to college kids who like to party. This rent is a mortgage level amount. So now choose your demographic, cause this will not work. The residence here receive daily emails for cars parked illegally, unit 9 is most likely your problem here with that too. Oh and the banging and thumping over my head as they do what I can only imagine sounds like they're building a rocket. Banging, slamming, things being dragged across the floor, this happens every single day. Oh! and I haven't had a microwave for a month now. No one offered me a temporary counter top microwave in the meantime. Just no microwave for a month cause the one installed just died.
