I have been here a month and love it so far- such a walkable community with valuable amenities. The only downside is first come first serve parking but love that they give the option to rent out garages!

Lived here a couple of months; cooling is capped to not go below 70 F (beware hot sleepers) and heating is capped to not exceed 74 F, so you don't have full autonomy of your place. If you use hot water for dishes and laundry, you won't have hot water for a shower right afterward. You pay for valet trash, but they don't always come so you have to take it out yourself - not a big deal but you are charged for the services that are not 100% on time. Nice complex, but they have some issues to fix. People aren't noisy at night most days, just on occasions during the weekends.

Living at Desert Commons has been a great experience! The staff is friendly and responsive, and the grounds are well-maintained. Our apartment is modern and spacious, and it’s in a convenient location with everything we need nearby. Getting a phone call or email response from their office seems utterly impossible. Do not pay a single dime to this property, unless you have confirmation in writing that their units are actually available to lease/occupy. I have spent two months in a row wasting my time and money to find myself without a lease and disregarded by an inept property management group.
