Whitney Uptown

I would not recommend living at Whitney Uptown. Shortly after moving in, I discovered severe mold issues throughout my apartment, including the HVAC vents and walls. Despite multiple requests for help, management failed to fully resolve the issue. After the vents were “cleaned” by maintenance, mold debris was left throughout my apartment and on my belongings, while visible mold remained on the vents and walls. Communication with management was extremely poor, with delayed responses, difficulty reaching staff, and no resolution regarding my concerns or reimbursement. I documented the conditions and provided management opportunities to address the problem, but ultimately had to move out due to health concerns and because I no longer felt the apartment was safe or habitable with lack of action from management. Residents deserve timely action and proper handling of serious maintenance and health concerns. I also believe residents should be fairly reimbursed when they are forced to leave due to unresolved issues that significantly impact the safety and condition of their home.

Been waiting to move out for months. Package room is a disater and the people who work her are so unhelpful.

Your insane to not fix this after all this time

Building is a little old, mail system is atrocious, management seems to lack some intelligence but generally speaking it's decent value.
