Villas Del Zocalo 1

Have had continuous problems in my apartment since I moved in. The staff is very courteous and maintenance is very good. They are polite, courteous, clean up any messes they make and really make an effort to make sure everything is fixed to your satisfaction. For some reason when I have a maintenance emergency and call the emergency maintenance phone number, it doesn't work so I am just stuck until they open, which has been really frustrating. I have had a/c problems since I moved in and don't really understand why it hasn't been fixed permanently. I really thought the last time they were here the problem had been solved, but I was wrong. The a/c keeps having problems cooling and has continuously dripped from the ceiling, I'm hoping that they can figure out the problem and get it to stop. The complex and my neighbors are very quiet, it is just the traffic, the continous sirens, and the airplanes from the airport that is close by that causes the noise problem. This is the largest square footage one bedroom I could find for this price and I just had to have a washer and dryer do this was the best bet for what I could afford.
