Our community is pet friendly, and certified service dogs are allowed. I’ve been living here for a month now, and I have to say—it’s truly been an experience. It started out a little rocky, but now it’s starting to feel like home. I sincerely appreciate the entire concierge team, but I’d especially like to recognize Alisha Smith. She consistently goes above and beyond to connect with residents and make us feel right at home. Recently, I had some issues with my food deliveries. When Ms. Alisha heard about it, she took the initiative to print out the American Airlines event schedule and personally handed it to me the next time she saw me. That small gesture meant a lot. She’s always smiling, warm, and genuinely welcoming. It’s a joy to see her, and my boys feel the same way. Alisha is truly amazing, and she absolutely deserves to be recognized for the positive impact she makes every day.
