I have lived at Turnberry Isle for 12 years. The property is over 30 years old and has beautiful charm, interesting architectural features, and is located on Prestonwood Golf Course. Grand mature trees, geese, ducks, egrets, blue herons and other wildlife and birds are wonderful to watch as they inhabit the beautiful greens and ponds. There have been many managers since I've lived here. The turn over was concerning until 5 or 6 years ago they hired Blanca who lives on the property. It takes a very special person to manage an aging property with things needing repairs daily. Blanca cares about her residents and does her best to handle these issues. I have watched her handle storms, freezes, extreme heat, and other emergencies with care and professionalism. With the support of Gaines Property making sure she has the staff she needs, Im hopeful that Turnberry Isle will continue to be a sot after property for those who love nature and a more traditional, beautiful place to live. I hope to stay here indefinitely.

GREAT PLACE TO LIVE

Been living here at TIA's since 2024 (1yrs) and loving it. The staff are fantastic, they keep up with everything from maintenance request to personal requests. They keep everything looking well kept. If you have any questions or issues someone is on it and getting it resolved. Feel really safe in the complex.
