No regrets about moving into The Christopher apartments back in 2022. Everything about this place adds to the feeling of being home. The great apartment layout offered by the B4 model along with the excellent maintenance team they have here make it a joy to live here. The great staff they have including leasing agents and concierge folks go out of their way to resolve any issues or problems that may arise.

After 2+ years of living at The Christopher I still believe the staff, maintenance team and location make this the best place to live in Uptown/Vickory Park area of Dallas. The apartment layouts are wonderful with lots of cabinets and closets throughout. The location makes it very easy to walk to dinner most nights and leave the car parked. The maintenance team is terrific and very helpful with any issues that pop up from time to time. Having a grocery store as part of the development is an amenity unlike anyplace else. If you forget something you can just pop downstairs and pick it up or even have it delivered to your door.

After 1.5+ years of living at The Christopher we are both enjoying calling it home. Our B4 units fits us perfectly and love the view of downtown Dallas we get to enjoy every day and night. Both the office and maintenance staffs do a terrific job of making us feel like we found our home and take care of any issues or questions we may have. The pool and workout areas are great at letting you relax and keep fit. Plenty of parking available and our guests enjoy the valet making their arrival an easy one. Lastly, the neighborhood is perfect for walking and being able to dine out without the need to drive. Having a Tom Thumb grocery store access via the elevators is a super amenity to have allowing you to make quick trips if you forgot something for a meal. If needed, they can even deliver to your front door without charge.

I would highly recommend choosing a different apartment building. Right after we renewed our lease our master bathroom flooded the closet and the unit below ours. It was obviously not the first time there had been water damage to the unit. After speaking with others water damage seems to be a common occurrence. My young daughters have had lingering coughs and their doctor brought it to our attention that it could be where we live that is causing it. As parents very concerned for the health and safety of their girls we chose to break our lease we just renewed as soon as we found a place to move. We’ve contacted our lawyer for guidance for proper recourse due to their negligence to inform us of past water damage and the effects their negligence has had on our daughters’ healths. Truly feels like they just put band aids on the issues in the apartments vs actually fixing them. A breakdown of the flooding timeline, the unit below us notice water dripping from the ceiling so they resealed our shower and we could not use it for a few days. Then while I was in the shower after it was “fixed” I come out to quite a few missed calls from both the Christopher and my husband(who was at work at the time). I called the concierge to be yelled at and told maintenance is coming into my unit and to put clothes on. As a young woman home alone with her children it is a very uneasy feeling to be spoken to this way and then have men I do not know come into my apartment late at night. The unit below ours had water gushing out of the ceiling our master closet completely flooded and the baseboards even in the entryway to our apartment were damaged by the water. The baseboards in our master closet also showed previous water damage maintenance told us. When I brought this to managements attention if there was previous damage she said she’d look into it and of course never contacted us.

Getting close to our one year anniversary of living at The Christopher. We both have loved our apartment and the amenities provided to the residents. The concierge, front desk, valet and maintenance teams do an outstanding job. The maintenance teams are terrific about responding to any problems or issues that may arise. Finally, have a full size Tom Thumb grocery store located in the basement level is a great benefit to all residents. We are looking forward to renewing our leave here at The Christopher.
