Love living here. So beautiful, in a great area, and a bang for your buck. The units are fantastic. My only complaint is it is right next to Tom Thumb and it gets really loud sometimes in the middle of the night (3-5am) when they are unloading the trucks. You can hear them throwing the palates on the ground. I am not sure if there is a city noise ordinance, but it is very loud in the middle of the night multiple times a week from the Tom Thumb delivery trucks

you will love living at Caruth. It is very quiet. The people are great and the location cannot be beat. Maintenance is always on top of everything.

Been here over five years and the property is in a slow decline with rising rents and add-on fees. Will be looking for alternatives during the ensuing year. Staff is sometimes nice but sometimes curt and not helpful. They act like they are doing you a great favor when you have a request.
