I absolutely love living at The Austin! From the very beginning, the entire team has gone above and beyond to make my experience exceptional. When I needed an immediate move-in, the leasing agents were incredibly helpful and worked quickly to make it happen. They even rushed the turn of the apartment I wanted so everything would be ready for my move-in date. I moved in on April 1st, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Since then, the property manager and maintenance manager have been, by far, the best and most dedicated team I've ever had the pleasure of working with. They are always willing to go out of their way to help residents, often sacrificing their own free time to ensure the community stays clean, beautiful, and well-maintained. They also do an amazing job keeping everyone informed with consistent communication, which makes residents feel valued and connected. It's clear that this team genuinely cares about both the property and the people who live here. Their hard work, professionalism, and dedication don't go unnoticed. If you're looking for a community where the staff truly goes the extra mile, I highly recommend The Austin!

The living experience here would be greatly improved if it weren't for the trash and the ELEVATORS CONSTANTLY BEING BROKEN for long extensive periods of time.

At the time of this review, we have a great Management team that is not only quick to address issues but genuinely cares about the residents and property. Thats rare these days! Several “little things” around the property have been addressed and corrected, improvements/upgrades have been completed or are in the works and theres been an increase in community events for residents. This is one of the better properties I’ve lived in snd have no plans to move anytime soon.

The maintenance is very slow. The elevators are ALWAYS broken. The parking gates are ALWAYS broken. The staff tries to help, but they don't have corporate's backing it appears. They aren't able to get their contractors to fix the problems. We've only lived here 3 months and want to move, but cannot afford to terminate the lease early.
