This place is fantastic when it comes to the location could not ask for better. I have no real complaints about the facility, but the walls are thin at times, and the road seems to get raced on late at night. Their is no sound protection on the windows or walls. Those are my only complaints other than that all good.

I have lived at the Austin at Trinity Greens for over a year, the maintenance and up keep of the property are not great. My Washer/Dryer was broken for 2 months before someone came along to fix it. The building corridors and staircases aren't cleaned regularly. The Parking garage gate is constantly broken or stuck. The elevator was broken for 3-4 months. The price is affordable however the maintenance and service are sub-par.

It's not secure, and feels less safe as time goes on. The staff is normally very nice, but not very responsive (and not always helpful) when you need them. There is always something that isn't working, always something broken, and always a rent increase. But amenities have not gotten better alongside the rent increases.

I love the community. I have lived here a little over a year. All interactions with staff has been pleasurable, including maintenance. Issues are handled and resolved promptly and the staff seem to love their jobs and are real "people" people! Would recommend to any and everyone I know!
