General Topic
Landscaping is lacking, seldom water. Grass just dies and instead of watering a tree outside of my appartment it was just cut down. I had spoke to office many times over several months to let them know that it was dying. Maintenance Is excellent and office staff are on top of things. Mayra goes above and beyond,

Dallas North Park
Only one parking spot for the unit, extra parking is very linited. Decent value for what is offered but is pricey for the area. This street is very crowded and so is the complex parking.

Disappointment
The office staff is rude. Drastic jump in rent prices. Mold/mildew issues. I never recommend complex to others. Hot water (boiler) issues all year round. Appliances (washer and microwave) don't work correctly
