Solo no me gusta q estén tomando cerveza o licor en el parking y q tengan la musica con volumen muy alto.

I've had a really positive experience living here. Any issues that come up are addressed and resolved quickly, which shows how responsive and efficient the management team is. Communication is consistently good, and I always feel informed and supported. One of the highlights was a recent community event—it was such a great opportunity to meet some of my neighbors and feel more connected. The atmosphere here is generally very quiet, which I really appreciate. In the 8 to 9 months I've lived here, there have only been a couple of times when it got noisy, and even then, it was brief and rare. Overall, it's a peaceful and well-run place to live, and I'm glad to be part of this community.

If anytime goes wrong with maintenance after hours and on the weekend nothing gets done until the office opens again. Give you a bs emergency maintenance number all that happens is you a live person to report to but nothing gets done until the office opens the next day. I don't know what will happen if an emergency maintenance issue happens on a Friday after the office closes!
