Solid place to live

I have lived here for over 4 years now and overall it is a solid place to live. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is in a good location, but nearby construction is noisy and clogs up the streets. The biggest down side is that maintenance is very slow so issues are often not resolved for weeks if not months

Friendly staff, repairs done from other residents slow. I have family here, and the view is beautiful. Rates are reasonable.

Lovely floor plan

I love my floor plan and the apartment amenities. Only downside is the nouse from nearby construction. Also I sent in a routine maintenance request once which was never responded to.

Seville Uptown: 2nd lease here

Our experience in multifamily dwellings for the past year, has opened our eyes to those who try very hard to keep us a happy resident! The service provided by this team is of a high caliber that is hard to achieve in their REAL first year (Greystar purchased, and the team took over April 1 of this year!). KUDOS, and Congrats to 6 very hard working folks!! Great Job! Treated like family, as they transition, repair and renovate this beautiful facility!!
