I love it here.

This property is safe and secure. I love hiw management interacts with is residents and understands when life be happening against us. Maintenance be on time majority of all his tickets. Parking is is awesome. The residents gas they own soot and visitors can park without being stress of getting towed “Thats awesome”. I love it here. Mr. Alphonse is one Great mamager.

Resent Winter Power & Water Outage

Oakwood Creek and it's management team handled the resent power and water outage with ease. The first half of communications from Oakwood Creek Management, office closure and reasons for turning off the water, ruptured or leaking pipes, was on point. I would ask that communications between residents and Oakwood Creek Management be shared evenly. Communications from Oakwood Creek email said water would be restored by end of day February 19th but was not the case for all residents. I believe Oakwood Creek and Management team could have communicated additional information to to the residents without water. Senior leadership responding to my email, that Oakwood Creek team has been working to repair the ruptured water pipes and leaks behind the scenes . I believe, that could have been helpful to me as well as the residents at least letting us know we were not left behind. Communication is key in situations such as this one the more we know the better we feel. The more information a resident is empowered with the better for us to plan and get through the rough period. Despite this minor set-back Oakwood Creek is an awesome place to live. Thanks to the Oakwood Creek Team.
