It's ok. The gates alot of times have issues n repair alot times. N parking as well. Could be better for the residence. And guests

Rent continues to be raised at crazy rates to longtime loyal tenants. Amenities fees continue to be raised -$15/month per person - our gate rarely works and there is no towing service. Our parking lot is essentially a free public lot. -$28/month valet trash fee that isn't optional even though no one uses the valet trash service. -Water cost keeps going up -Units are old and not well insulated so heating/cooling is more expensive than newer apartments -Shattered window at entrance of building was not fixed for over a month. -Amenities that continue to get more expensive don't work. -There are 2 grills which never work typically because there's no propane -The fire pit doesn't work -The dog area fence isn't adequate - small dogs can fit through the fence -The gazebo is cautioned-taped and we're not currently allowed to use it -one of the positives was the community, of all the apartments I've lived in, I know more of my neighbors here and everyone is friendly. Unfortunately, these loyal friendly residents are being priced out and forced to move to other, nicer apartments in the area.
