Lived here for 6 months and so far, the maintenance and staff have been great. Gym is small but high quality. Only complaint is noise from my neighbors - can hear dogs barking and can hear when shower is on but overall love living here!

My time here at Lyra, has been nothing but great. From the staff, my apartment, the amenities it all has been what I was looking for when I moved to Dallas. Would recommend this to anyone looking for somewhere to live in walking distance to downtown, know, and west village!

Management tends to overpromise and under deliver. Things stay broken. Doors won’t work. Fire pits won’t work. Fans in the gym won’t work. They don’t seem to truly care. They’re also super unkind to the residents. We are only here because of the location.

The location is the best part about this apartment. The amenities are not kept up well… fitness center has had broken fans and missing lightbulbs for months, so it’s super dark. They don’t keep the common areas temperature regulated—I think they don’t have any AC or heat on, so it’s always muggy and gross. They didn’t replace any of the carpet in our apartment prior to our move in. It was super ripped up and worn, and that is standard for new paint and carpet. They also didn’t replace any of the bulbs, so we keep having to request maintenance once a week for bulbs that keep going out and we haven’t been here long. They didn’t clean our apartment before we moved in either. Toe nail clippings and cat hair were everywhere. Not the most fun thing for newly weds to deal with! We love the location of our apartment in the complex and it works for us, but the lack of up keep for the complex and our individual apartment in terms of it being a “make ready” is very disappointing. All the handles are loose in the apartment, and issues pop up regularly. Overall, we’d be in love with this place if they had just done what they claimed they did to our “make ready” apartment, especially because the staff didn’t make it an easy fix by any means for us. For a “luxury apartment,” the upkeep makes it to where that statement cannot be said in good faith.
