Love the view, but
Location is amazing. Parking is easy. Apartment was a mess when moving in. Floors are all chipped. Closet is carpeted and previous resident apparently let their dog poop and pee inside of it. The carpet was never changed. Theres…blood? splattered on my sun shades? 4.5/10 overall so far besides the looks.
