Great Value for Your Money

Prime location in Dallas, good sights around, great restaurants. Down the road from deep ellum. Enough parking spaces. Maintenance team attends to issues expeditiously. Increased patrol presence to curb cases of car break-ins.

Living experience was not the best

After living here for 3 years, things just got worse and worse. Rent went up and the value of the property went down. Parking garage was never secure. The leasing peoole were rude. I dont recommend and i’m glad my time is done
