Poor customer service

I am in apt 2317 and have sent several emails by now inquiring about resuming maintenance. I know for a FACT that maintenance has resumed, yet formal notice has not been sent to us as residents. My Bathroom sink needs to be unclogged. as a resident of FOUR years- for this renewal I have also needed the

Loft and Row one of the worst places to live

Chanel our property manager has done an absolute terrible job. To sum it up she walks around the property with her shoes off. That's pretty much how she handles her job here.

Great place! Great people. Attentive and clean location. Security to parking is great. Neighbors were great. Naturally a younger age facility with a few families. Great location!

My Favorite Apartment Complex Ever

Really have loved living here and am about to renew for my 3rd year!! Only bad thing is parking. I got towed last week when I parked in handicapped parking overnight because there wasn't any other parking. Usually when there's no parking, I'll just park on Cabal outside the complex. But recently, my friend's car got broken into when he parked there, so I was concerned about that given everything that's going on right now. I realize parking in handicapped spot is against the law, but there was nowhere to park & we are all quarantined. I had to go pick up my towed car in a Lyft (which is a risk right now) and pay $170. I was told I may be reimbursed but as of yet that has not happened.
