Not good, all the cabinetry are old carpet hole although I have been living in this apartment for the last six years I seen management come and go in. I have I do want to think Greygate for the six years I stayed in a community but given all of the situation I had with management and it’s not been the best

After searching all over Dallas area,for weeks, I knew the minute I talked with Angelica that I wanted to live in this apartment community. She was so friendly, informative, professional and loved what she was promoting. I found the property to be clean, pretty surroundings & quiet. There were no apts available so she put me on a waiting list. I was scared I wouldn't hear back from her. You know...the usual. I actually heard back from her after a few days to my surprise. The apartments are affordable, spacious & well designed. Sonia also helped me & was soooo patient with the long drawn out application which I really appreciated. Alexis was also helpful. I am now referring a good friend to move here as well. So important to have great office personnel along with awesome affordable apartments. Highly recommend!!

I really appreciate lift help from DeMark he was very courteous and willing to help(As age has become a challenge for me to lift heavy object and get them up the stairs . Thanks so much again I really appreciate it

I recently just moved into these beautiful apartment homes, I am from out of state. The first thing that caught my attention was how nicely kept up these apartments were, from the grass to the trash, however from the calls, the visits, the tour of the apartments the entire office staff was extremely nice, friendly, helpful and super informative on helping me pick out the perfect unit for me and my family. Starting with the leasing agent Angelica, The assistant manager Alexis, and the office manager Sonia. Everything was a breeze. When moving into my apartment nothing major but the maintenance guy Demark helped with any problems or concerns I had, he was so sweet and professional. Such a sweet young man. I highly recommend these apartments!
