I really love the place, but it has been challenging to get things fixed. Recently, the elevators and entry doors have been out of service, which is quite frustrating, especially since there hasn't been any communication about when they will be repaired. These are essential features for any living space.

I've lived here for 8 months and absolutely love the location. My unit is fantastic, with beautiful finishes—including the countertops, cabinets, flooring, and wine cooler. The pool is great, and maintenance is always quick to respond. The location is unbeatable, with grocery stores, restaurants, bars, and workout studios all within walking distance and you're 5-15 minutes from most of Dallas' hot spots! The only downside I've encountered is that the staff can sometimes be slow to respond to emails or calls. However, Karen has been incredibly helpful with missing packages, maintenance communication, and access issues when my Latch key was still being set up. She’s the best! There are just a few minor inconveniences typical of apartment living, like occasional elevator issues, some noise from neighbors, and cleanliness concerns from pets or spills in the hallways, but nothing that would make me want to leave. The corner unit has the best layout—I highly recommend it.

I moved here when this apartment complex first opened. It was brand new and in a super great location, which drew me in. Unfortunately, this place was built very quickly and cheaply, and it has been poorly managed ever since. The price you pay is somewhat comparable to a luxury apartment; however, this place is not one. There have been several issues with the building itself (water leaks, gas leaks, windows breaking, power outages, fire alarms going off, etc.) along with several security issues. None of these issues have been addressed well by management (for example, our front door was broken for weeks). It truly is disappointing that this place was not built well nor is managed well because it has so much potential. But as for now, the only redeeming quality is the location.
